Welcome to the Advance Groups FireMate Client portal.
The Firemate portal allows unlimited client access to the following types of information:
- Asset Register(s) – On-site fire safety installations
- Property Activity – Provides a general overview of how a building is doing in terms of maintenance, such as fire protection and elevators.
- Routine Activity Test Schedule – Informs you when your building needs to be serviced
- Routine Activity Summary – Shows the results of routine maintenance
- Quotations – Quotes can be approved and rejected through the Portal
- Access to Current Defects
- Access to site specific attachments for example: service contracts, building classifications, and occupier statements
Our reports will continue to be provided to you manually if requested, despite your access to the Portal.
